Robin Willis

Robin Evan Willis (she/her) is an actor, educator, and clinical counsellor who has worked extensively across Canada and internationally. Her acting career includes roles with the Stratford Festival, The Shaw Festival, Mirvish Productions, U.S. national tours, and regional theatres across North America. 

She holds a Master’s degree in Musical Theatre from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (UK), and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology – Art Therapy from Adler University. As an educator, Robin has taught and guest lectured at Sheridan College, Queen’s University, and Central, as well as through the Shaw Festival’s education programming. 

In her clinical practice, she specializes in supporting artists with the unique emotional and psychological challenges of a creative career. She is a member of the Integrated Support Team at Bard on the Beach and contributes regularly to Psychology Today, where she writes the column In the Wings on the intersection of mental health and the performing arts.
