Subscriber Benefits

SAVINGS

Our subscriber packages can save you over 20%!

ADVANCED NOTICE ON SPECIAL EVENTS

You will receive advanced notification of any concerts or cabarets, and an opportunity to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the general public. With a limited in-person capacity, this means that you will have a much better chance to see our performances in person!

FLEXIBILITY

With a subscription package you can immediately book your tickets to all the productions in the package, ensuring your preferred seats are always reserved for you!

Tickets may be exchanged for another performance (within that production and subject to availability) with 24-hours’ notice prior to the performance for which they were issued. Please note – with very limited seating, we cannot guarantee seats for an exchanged ticket. Ticket holders may be provided access to a livestreamed performance in lieu of an exchange where available.

New Ticketing System

The College is now selling tickets through our online portal at tickets.ccpacanada.com. Here are a couple quick things to note:
  1. If you’re purchasing tickets to the College for the first time, you can create a new profile when purchasing your tickets.
  2. If you’ve previously purchased tickets to any of our productions, please put in your email at login and click on “forgot your password”. This is how you can set up your profile.
  3. If you receive a message saying the email is already in use, please send a message to our box office at boxoffice@ccpacanada.com. We will be happy to sort it out for you!
If you have any questions about your ticket purchase, please don’t hesitate to email boxoffice@ccpacanada.com or call or 250 595 9970 ext. 104.

Methods of Payment

CCPA accepts Visa and Mastercard for online or telephone purchases.

Capital Improvement Fee

It is common practice for theatres to have a Capital Improvement Fee (CIF) charged on each individual ticket. The CIF helps sustain the upkeep of our theatre and maintain our equipment.

Ticket Exchanges

Tickets may be exchanged for another performance (within that production and subject to availability) with 24 hours notice prior to the performance for which they were issued.

Community Tickets

As part of the College’s commitment to accessibility, groups may be invited to access a livestreamed community engagement performance with significantly discounted or donated tickets.

Interested groups are encouraged to contact the Box Office Manager. Priority will be given to student or youth groups, seniors’ organizations, not-for-profits, or organizations who find the cost of attending prohibitive.
