The Board of Governors of the Canadian Heritage Arts Society is seeking support this spring, and so invite you to join them in supporting our 2026 Gala “Spring Sensation“, offering a donation in support of our work, and/or by bidding in our online silent auction which will be live in April to raise much needed funds.
Gala tickets include a welcome drink, buffet dinner and live entertainment. A cash bar will also be available.
All proceeds and donations will go to support the activities of the Canadian Heritage Arts Society (CHAS) and the operation of the Canadian College of Performing Arts (CCPA), together they create live theatre events performed by artists-in-training.

Join our Studio Ensemble cohort as they conceive and create a cabaret show in just two short weeks! For one night only they will take to the stage to share their talent in this entertaining romp with a different theme each year.

An annual tradition since the College’s founding, CCPA students will take the stage with the Band of the 5th (British Columbia) Field Regiment, Royal Canadian Artillery, for a concert celebrating and honouring service. Through song and poetry, the sacrifices of our veterans are honoured.
Co-presented by the District of Oak Bay for the public at the Dave Dunnet Community Theatre, with donations going to support the Canadian Heritage Arts Society and the Esquimalt Military Family Resource Centre.
Following the concert, the student performers tour their part of the show to community spaces across the CRD including parishes, Legions, and long-term care homes. They will also once again perform at the Oak Bay Cenotaph on Remembrance Day.

A new event for our community to celebrate the festive season, the students will share an evening of song at our Winter Celebration concert. A relaxed and joyful performance that will warm the heart as winter settles in.

A celebration of classic and contemporary musical theatre, join us for one of two evenings of performance at downtown Victoria’s famous jazz club and Dinner Venue. Doors will open at 5:30pPM.
