Rosina Filice (she/they) is a community-focused arts professional with a background in grant writing, program coordination, and live event production. She has worked across Canada in both artistic and administrative roles and believes in the power of creative expression to build connection and community. Rosina has supported a range of community-based arts initiatives – including music mentorship programs, multi-disciplinary arts showcases and collaborative artist-led workshops. She is also the creator of Love’s Legacy, a storytelling company that documents personal and business histories through film, print, and audio.

With a background in Music Theatre Performance (St. Lawrence College), Rosina brings both artistic heart and administrative experience to her work. She is deeply committed to equity, inclusion, and accessibility in the arts, and works to foster spaces where diverse voices are welcomed, celebrated, and meaningfully engaged. When not writing grants or supporting development projects, you can find her writing music, going on adventures with her rescue pup Bean, or collaborating with fellow creatives.
