Varsha is a creative communications professional with over 9 years’ experience in creative conceptualisation, organisation communication, and communications strategy development in non-profit organisations. She has developed visual brand identities for companies across industries and has experience creating creative content for on-ground and web campaigns. She started her career in marketing, event management, and exhibitions at an art gallery before taking on a creative role as a senior designer in the Public Engagement division of World Vision India. She has developed and facilitated Creative Ideation and Art for Expression workshops for World Vision staff members across 17 countries in the Asia Pacifc region and for children living in fragile contexts in India. She has an academic background in Fine Arts and Public Relations and recently a Masters in Communication and Culture from Royal Roads university, Victoria, BC.
