New Ticketing System

The College has a new ticketing software! We are now selling tickets through our own online portal at Here are a couple quick things to note through the transition:
  1. If you’re purchasing tickets to the College for the first time, you can create a new profile when purchasing your tickets.
  2. If you’ve previously purchased tickets to any of our productions, please put in your email at login and click on “forgot your password”. This is how you can set up your profile.
  3. If you receive a message saying the email is already in use, please send a message to our box office at We will be happy to sort it out for you!
If you have any questions about your ticket purchase, please don’t hesitate to email

Livestream Tickets

New this year, the college will be offering livestream access to our productions! The college has invested in a 4-camera set up to broadcast our performances live. You will have access and angles like you’ve never experienced in theatre before, plus the best seat in the house for every show – your own!

In addition to our online ticket platform, tickets for our productions can be purchased over the phone. Due to the current provincial guidelines, only essential staff are currently working on site at the College. However, you can schedule a call with our box office by emailing to arrange a time, and they will call you via their personal phone line.

Tickets will be available up until to 30 minutes before the performance. Patrons are encouraged to purchase their tickets in advance. All tickets are non-refundable and have no cash value.

Suspension of In-Person Performances

In-person performances are currently suspended due to the Provincial Heath Officer’s COVID-19 restrictions. Livestream performances are still available to subscribers.

Contact our Box Office at 250 940 6851 or for more information, or ask to become a subscriber! No need to book your dates just yet, we’ll contact you in advance of each production to reserve your tickets.

Subscriber Benefits

Savings  Our subscriber packages can save you over $30!

Advanced Notice on Special Events  You will receive advance notification of any concerts or cabarets and an opportunity to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the general public.

Flexibility  Tickets may be exchanged for another performance (within that production and subject to availability) with 24 hours notice prior to the performance for which they were issued. Please note – with very limited seating, we will do our best to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee seats for an exchanged ticket. Ticket holders may be provided access to a livestreamed performance in lieu of an exchange.

Our pricing model is a sliding scale rather than the traditional adult / senior / student model. The pandemic has affected all of us in different ways, and we recognize that financially some patrons may be hit a bit harder than others. We want you to be able to access our season at a price that works for you, regardless of your age or situation. If you are, however, in the position to offer extra support to the College when you subscribe, we do greatly appreciate it.

I’ve been living the dream here at CCPA and it’s one of the best choices I’ve ever made.

Methods of Payment

CCPA accepts Visa and Mastercard for online or telephone purchases.

Capital Improvement Fee

It is common practice for theatres to have a Capital Improvement Fee (CIF) charged on each individual ticket. The CIF helps sustain the upkeep of our theatre and maintain our equipment.

Ticket Exchanges

Tickets may be exchanged for another performance (within that production and subject to availability) with 24 hours notice prior to the performance for which they were issued.

Community Tickets

As part of the College’s commitment to accessibility, groups may be invited to access a livestreamed community engagement performance with significantly discounted or donated tickets.

Interested groups are encouraged to contact the Box Office Manager. Priority will be given to student or youth groups, seniors’ organizations, not-for-profits, or organizations who find the cost of attending prohibitive.
