Mr. Hill has directed the music for nearly one hundred and fifty musicals, reviews and industrials. Not only has he written four musicals, he has arranged over a dozen of them and has founded/co-founded nine theatre companies. Mr. Hill received the Award of Merit from the Government of Canada and has written for National Theatre Magazine. Educated at the University of Michigan and Princeton, he has worked, taught and directed with the likes of Berthold Carrière, Robin Phillips, Bill Hutt, Martha Henry, Bernard Hopkins, Howard Dick, Anna Russell, Eugene Ormandy and Robert Shaw.

Mr. Hill has been an organist for over fifty-five years and is currently the organist and choir director at St. Matthias Anglican Church in Victoria where a new three manual organ has just been installed.
