The role of the Cultural Safety Working Group is to ensure the voices most affected by institutional racism are brought to the forefront moving forward. The Working Group examines the actions the College has taken to improve diversity, recommend ways and means to more deeply integrate these practices, and identify areas where new initiatives are needed to ensure that diversity is embedded in the College culture.

If you have questions or concerns in regards to cultural safety at the College, please be in touch. The group currently convenes bi-weekly, and will work to collectively address any issues that come up throughout the year. Any communication with the group will remain confidential from school administration.
