Capital Improvement Fee
It is common practice for theatres to have a Capital Improvement Fee (CIF) charged on each individual ticket. The CIF helps CCPA sustain the upkeep of our theatre and maintain our equipment.

Methods of Payment
CCPA accepts Visa and Mastercard for online (through Eventbrite), telephone, or in-person purchases, as well as Interac, cheques (please make payable to the Canadian College of Performing Arts), and cash when booking in-person.

Student Rush Tickets
CCPA offers Student Rush Tickets at a significant discount. Rush tickets are available at the door, 15 minutes before show start times and are subject to availability. Valid Student ID is required.

Group Bookings
CCPA offers a Group discount (10 or more) of 10%. Group discounts must be arranged through the CCPA Box Office at 250-595-9970.

Discounts cannot be combined with Student Rush tickets or any other offer. Some performances and events are excluded from discounted rates. Please call if you have any questions.

As part of the College’s community engagement initiative to make theatre as accessible as possible, groups may be invited through the year to attend a community engagement performance with significantly discounted or donated tickets. Any groups interested in being considered for these opportunities are encouraged to contact the Box Office Manager. While all groups will be considered, priority will be given to student or youth groups, seniors’ organizations or groups, not-for-profits, or organizations who find the cost of attending prohibitive.

Service organizations and other groups interested in attending relaxed performances are encouraged to contact the Box Office Manager as greater discounts may be available.

Ticket Exchanges
Tickets may be exchanged for another performance (within that production and subject to availability) with 24 hours prior to the performance for which they were issued. Tickets booked through the RMTS Box Offices are subject to their ticketing policy: https://www.rmts.bc.ca/tickets-and-events/ticketing-policy

There are two designated parking spots in the Church parking lot on the North side of the building. Our wheelchair accessible washroom is located through the lobby next to the Performance Hall.

Attendant’s Pass / Caregiver’s Pass
An attendant / caregiver is a person who travels with you and who is responsible for your care and assistance during the performance. Patrons requiring an attendant must notify the Box Office at the time the ticket purchase is made. Attendants are not required to pay for a ticket, but a ticket must be issued for them. Please contact our Box Office Manager at 250-595-9970 ext 222 to make arrangements.
