Box Office Policies

  • All tickets are non-refundable and have no cash value.
  • Latecomers and any person leaving the theatre will be seated at the discretion of the Front of House Staff.
  • The use of cameras, video equipment, and other recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
  • Please turn off your cellular phones in the theatre.

 Ticket Prices

CCPA offers 3 ticket price points: Adult, Seniors (65+), and Student (with valid ID). All tickets include a Capital Improvement Fee (CIF) of $0.50. The ticket prices are the same whether you make your purchase in-person, over the phone or online. Please note there is a service charge added by Eventbrite when booking online.

Capital Improvement Fee

It is common practice for theatres to have a Capital Improvement Fee (CIF) charged on each individual ticket. The CIF helps CCPA sustain the upkeep of our theatre and maintain our equipment.

Vouchers

For productions at the Royal or McPherson Playhouse, CCPA will sell vouchers; these must be purchased in person at the College or from a CCPA representative. Vouchers save on RMTS service charges and fees and must be exchanged at the Royal or McPherson Box Offices for tickets.

Methods of Payment

CCPA accepts Visa and Mastercard for online (through Eventbrite), telephone, or in-person purchases, as well as Interac, cheques (please make payable to the Canadian College of Performing Arts), and cash when booking in-person.

Student Rush Tickets

CCPA offers Student Rush Tickets at a significant discount. Rush tickets are available at the door, 15 minutes before show start times and are subject to availability. Valid Student ID is required.

Discounts

CCPA offers a Group discount (10 or more) of 10%. Group discounts must be arranged through the CCPA Box Office at 250-595-9970.

Discounts cannot be combined with Student Rush tickets or any other offer. Some performances and events are excluded from discounted rates. Please call if you have any questions.

Ticket Exchanges

Tickets may be exchanged for another performance (within that production and subject to availability) with 24 hours prior to the performance for which they were issued. Tickets booked through the RMTS Box Offices are subject to their ticketing policy: https://www.rmts.bc.ca/tickets-and-events/ticketing-policy
